Jenna Jones
Our founder Jenna has several years' experience in running a successful rescue. Having upped sticks in 2023 from her native Hertfordshire to the Cotswolds, Jenna brings a wealth of passion and knowledge.

When she isn't rescuing dogs in need and campaigning for change, Jenna has a full time job in the travel industry and loves spending time with her own dogs, foster fails Jess & Rufus.
Adam Compton
Adam's first foray into rescue was as Chairman of a Hertfordshire-based charity, and he has never looked back.
​
Working fulltime in the procurement sector and with over a decade's experience in local government, Adam brings invaluable knowledge to One Wish.
​
On his rare days off, Adam enjoys watching football and going for long walks with his own rescue dogs.
Lauren Dore
Infinitely passionate about animal welfare, Lauren looks after events and fundraising for One Wish. She always has a fun and fantastic idea up her sleeve and she's constantly on the hunt for exciting opportunities to raise local awareness.

When she isn't planning fundraisers, Lauren is a Disney fanatic and devoted fur-mum to Jellybean.
Gareth Dore
Gareth brings an awesome entrepreneurial spirit to the One Wish Dog Foundation. A marketing whizz with an infectious enthusiasm to make a real difference, we're very lucky to have his passion and expertise.

In his free time, Gareth is a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and pubs. He is also a devoted paw-rent to Jellybean.
