Physical Donations & Supplies Organiser

Behind every happy, well‑cared‑for One Wisher is a mountain of supplies that need to be organised and delivered at the right time. As our Physical Donations & Supplies Organiser, you’ll play a hugely important behind‑the‑scenes role, ensuring our dogs and foster homes always have what they need to thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organisation, enjoys being hands‑on, and wants to see the direct impact of their efforts on our dogs’ daily lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key holder for the One Wish storage container in Minster Lovell, a vital hub for the charity.

  • Keep the storage container tidy, organised, and easy to navigate, so supplies can be accessed quickly and efficiently.

  • Collect donated items from central drop‑off points such as Witney, Leafield, Charlbury and other locations as needed.

  • Monitor stock levels of essential items including food, beds, toys, medical supplies, fundraiser equipment, tombola prizes, and flyers.

  • Proactively alert the team when supplies are running low so replenishment can be organised in good time.

  • Coordinate with volunteers to distribute supplies to dogs in foster homes, ensuring no dog goes without what they need.

  • A practical, hands‑on approach and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Access to a car and confidence with light lifting and transporting items
