Molly’s elderly owner sadly went into a care home so poor Molly had nowhere to go. She is now safe and sound in foster care, and looking for her forever home. 

​

Molly is 7 years old and sadly experienced trauma before her previous owner adopted her. Because of her past, she is reactive towards strangers coming into her home. This was being managed in her previous home, as her owner secured her in a separate room when they had visitors. We are looking for a GSD experienced owner who doesn’t receive many visitors and who would be happy to manage the situation in the same way. Once Molly has been introduced to regular visitors, she doesn’t feel anxious anymore and doesn’t need to be kept away.

When she is out and about, Molly has no issues at all with strangers. She’s very friendly and a star when she goes to the vets and groomer. She also gets on with other dogs, and currently shares her home with another dog.

We’re looking for a child-free home for Molly, but we can consider a home with another calm dog. She hasn’t lived with cats or small furries before.

In return for your compassion and patience, Molly will utterly devote herself to you. She so deserves a second chance at finding her happy ever after, and we're committed to make sure that it happens for her.
